Critical Leadership Issues in Policing is a discussion of contemporary issues facing law enforcement agencies and exploration of ways to navigate 21st Century policing challenges. The course identifies change catalysts and ways in which a law enforcement leader can effectively and strategically evolve to best carry out her/his organizationâ€™s mission. The course also covers best practices for identifying trends and predicting future challenges so leaders can mitigate negative consequences.
