Description

This course introduces the syntax and features of the Java Programming language. Students learn to create a variety of apps using visual components. Object-oriented design, event handling and exception-handling concepts are presented and used in programming projects. Other topics include input-output management, data types and structures, class structures, calendar and date objects, and decision structures. Prerequisites: CS 170. Offered: Fall
