Biography

Elizabeth Hunt is a Professor and Director of Character in Leadership at the University of Jamestown in Jamestown, ND. Dr. Hunt holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Regent University, an MA in Mass Communication from NDSU, and a BA in English and History-Political Science from the University of Jamestown. Her research interests include sensemaking, organizational change and crisis communication, leadership communication, organizational culture and climate, servant leadership, and values and character education. 

Description

Students will be required to attend four annual fall conferences and four retreats over the course of the minor. Students will receive credit for LDRS 100 in the spring of their sophomore year and credit for LDRS 200 in the spring of the senior year. Credit will be automatically added by the Director of the program during the appropriate semester. Students will receive a pass/fail grade. Offered; Spring
