Biography

Elizabeth Hunt is a Professor and Director of Character in Leadership at the University of Jamestown in Jamestown, ND. Dr. Hunt holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Regent University, an MA in Mass Communication from NDSU, and a BA in English and History-Political Science from the University of Jamestown. Her research interests include sensemaking, organizational change and crisis communication, leadership communication, organizational culture and climate, servant leadership, and values and character education.

Description

The purpose of this course is to further study leadership principles from both theoretical and practical perspectives. Students will engage in topics such as Servant Leadership, transforming leadership, and justice and forgiveness. Special attention will be given to leadership that is based on sound ethical foundation. Offered: Fall
