About Me:

I am the Director of Instructional Design and Development for UJ Online. I lead a team of designers and technologists in creating online learning experiences for our Accelerated students. 

Before working at UJ, I worked in Trade Education and Texas Public Schools. I am still a certified teacher with the Texas Education Agency and I work remotely from in Austin, Texas. I am excited to bring my background in teaching, curriculum development, program development, and institutional effectiveness to advance the online learning design and course experience at UJ. About Me: 

I am the Instructional Designer for UJ's Professional Studies and Accelerated divisions. I am a proponent of lifelong learning and believe that a growth mindset is key to supporting the pursuit of knowledge throughout one's life. 

Before working at UJ, I served in higher educational institutions across the country as an English and Composition faculty instructor and Writing and Tutoring Center director. I'm excited to bring theory and practice together to support UJ faculty and staff in creating an effective learning experience for our UJ community.
