Bio:  I have been teaching various law courses for over 30 years, and am currently teaching the online graduate Health Care Law and Policy course for the University of Mary and the New Business Ventures and Entrepreneurship course for the Jack Welch Management Institute.

As you can guess, I was a licensed attorney, but retired shortly after my move to Florida in 2007.  To be licensed in Florida I'd have to take their bar exam, and frankly, I didn't want to do it again.  I have held licenses in North Dakota, Minnesota, Colorado, and Missouri, where I owned my own law firm.

I still have my own business, but now I am doing business consulting on leadership, strategic planning, innovation, and contractual academic and business curriculum development.  I am the immediate Past President of the Rotary Club of Inverness.

My husband and I are both ordained Deacons in the Episcopal Church and we have 2 cats (Abby and Earl).
