Description
EE 290 is a course designed to provide evidence that students have engaged academically and culturally in a study tour. Students will develop the attitudes, knowledge, and skills necessary to navigate the challenges and opportunities of a global society. This course will be led by faculty of various academic disciplines; students will participate in a cultural experience that will include study, research, and/or mission work exposing students to diverse cultural experiences. Previous destinations have included China, Kenya, and Italy. This course must be developed by a faculty member utilizing an assessment measure approved by the General Education Committee meeting the cultural engagement objective.
