Description

This course is designed to allow students to maximize their development with a progressive approach to weight training. Students will learn which exercises target which muscles and how to perform each exercise correctly and safely. As you master technique with lighter loads, you will move on to heavier loads and more challenging exercises that use versatile equipment such as stability balls and kettlebells. Lastly, students will learn how to calculate safe training loads and design and overall training program that fits a variety of interests and training preferences. Offered: Spring, odd years.
