Description
This course prepares future teachers with skills and knowledge necessary to work in the area of school health education at the elementary, middle and secondary level. This course will focus on National and North Dakota Health Education standards, skills-based learning approach, health pedagogy and assessment methodology across content areas, as well as the Health Educaiton Curriculum Assessment (HECAT). Prerequisite: KNS 183; KNS 240. Offered: Spring
