Description
This course serves as a stepping stone for students (math/engineering/science majors) interested in taking calculus. In this course, the students will acquire a solid foundation in two key topics required for success in calculus- algebra and trigonometry. The following topics will be covered: properties and graphs of functions (polynomial, rational, exponential, logarithmic, trigonometric and inverse trigonometric equations; and trigonometric identites. Prerequisite: Two years of high school algebra. Offered: Fall
