Description
This course, which builds upon concepts covered in MUS 266 (Introduction to Conducting), is a study of the essential gestures and rehearsal techniques required to lead an instrumental ensemble. Topics include score study, rehearsal preparation, and essential conducting techniques. Students will conduct their peers and university ensembles. Prerequisite: MUS 266
