Description

This 1-credit course is designed to develop essential skills in medication safety and dosage calculations. The course focuses on ensuring safe and accurate medication administration, a critical component of nursing practice. Emphasis will be placed on mastering dosage calculations and understanding how to prevent medication errors. Students will participate in group discussions, class lectures, and dosage calculation exercises to reinforce learning and medication safety principles. Course assignments and quizzes will be presented in both written and online formats.
