Description
This course is designed to allow students to work in an expanded role as nurse technicians or nurse interns in a health care facility. Students will work under the supervision of registered nurses while they are employed by the health care facility. Registration for this course allows the student to work in the capacity of an intern or a nurse technician rather than as a Certified Nurse Assistant. Students may enroll for the summer term after the successful completion of their junior year. Students may continue to work int he capacity of a nurse technician or nurse intern as long as they are enrolled in the course. Students must be employed by the health care facility at time of enrollment. Prerequisite: Nrsg 333 and 334. Offered: Summer
