Description

The purpose of this course is to introduce and discuss the functional uses of critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making as well as prominent psychological theories related to thinking, memory, and language. Students will learn basic strategies that facilitate critical thinking, unbiased judgment, effective problem solving, and superior decision making through the discussion and analysis of research. Prerequisites: Psyc 101 or 203. Offered: Summer.
