Because this is an online course, office hours are by appointment. I usually am free between 1-3 on Friday afternoons, however we can set up something on other days of the week as well. I work full time, but will check my UJ email periodically throughout the day and respond in a timely manner. If you would like to meet over zoom, please email me and we can schedule a meeting. My name is Lory Hellman LPCC-S, CCMHC. I am a mental health counselor in Bismarck, ND. I currently have a practice called Beacon Counseling Services PLLC that I own with three other people in Bismarck. Prior to that, I worked at West Central Human Service Center for 13 years. My first role was intensive in-home family therapy. After about 5 years I moved to the outpatient therapy unit and provided individual therapy and group therapy to clients of all ages. I have been working as a mental health counselor for 14 years.

I have been married for almost 13 years, and we have two amazing kids! Liam is 11 and Allyson is 8. I enjoy reading, swimming, and anything outdoors in the summer. My happy place is Cocoa Beach in Florida.
