Description

The purpose of this course is to explore a variety of health-related issues from a biopsychosocial model. Some of the topics to be covered include health behavior and prevention, stress and coping, management of chronic illness, cardiovascular disease, psychoneuroimmunology, and patient-practitioner relationships. Prerequisite: Psyc 101 or Psyc 203. Offered: Fall
