Purpose statement: 

The Jimmie Culture Team exists to create, communicate, and cultivate a virtuous culture at the University of Jamestown. Grounded in our shared virtues of wisdom, integrity, service, excellence, courage, and humility, we will seek to ensure these virtues are visible, understood, and lived throughout our community. 

Objectives:

• Through strategic communication, internal branding, and cultural engagement, our team will work to bring attention and intention to the Character Across the Community Initiative (CACI)—helping new and current students, faculty, and staff connect their daily work and relationships to the development of character.
