The Community of Impact fosters meaningful character development across the institution through accountability, outcome measurement, and thoughtful reflection. Grounded in integrity, guided by wisdom, and dedicated to the pursuit of excellence, this community affirms our shared commitment to human flourishing and the greater good. 

Primary objectives:  

  • Identify and measure the impact of character formation activities across the institution (both formally and informally) 

  • Communicate meaningful findings/impact to the larger UJ community via collaborations with the other Communities of Character and existing UJ committees, such as Assessment Committee
